Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation for individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve independence in activities of daily living. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to discharge planning.
