Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based skilled therapy for adults recovering from illness or injury in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional independence in daily activities. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document outcomes, and contribute to discharge planning.
