Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based inpatient rehabilitation services to adults recovering from illness or injury. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through therapeutic interventions to restore independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in EMRs, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge planning.
