Job description
Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist focused on supporting patient recovery and quality of life in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, orthopedic conditions, and other complex illnesses. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to continuous improvement while advancing your clinical skills and professional growth.
