Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
Implement occupational therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Document patient treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Requirements
Valid Occupational Therapist license or certification.
Proven experience in occupational therapy with a patient-focused approach.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
