Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence‑based rehabilitation services in our inpatient and home-based care settings. In this role, you will evaluate functional limitations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ independence in activities of daily living. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, you will document progress, educate patients and families, and support safe discharges.
