Job description
Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Hospital in Knoxville seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered inpatient rehab services for individuals recovering from stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, and complex orthopedic or neurological conditions. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and provide individualized interventions to improve independence in daily living skills. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and support a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous clinical growth.
