Provide Therapy Where It Matters MostAlways Best Care Home Health is a growing Medicare-certified home health agency serving patients throughout O'ahu. We're seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) who are passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized in-home therapy.If you're looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients, we'd love to hear from you.CompensationOccupational Therapist (OT)• $80 per routine visit• Annual salary option: $110,000–$120,000 (based on caseload)Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)• $60 per visitWhy Join Always Best Care• Flexible per diem scheduling• Build and manage your own caseload• One-on-one patient care in patients' homes• Supportive clinical and administrative team• Meaningful relationships with patients and families• Opportunity to improve patient independence and safety• Locally operated agency focused on quality careAbout the RoleAs an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you'll help patients improve their ability to safely perform everyday activities while promoting independence in the home environment.Responsibilities• Deliver occupational therapy services in patients' homes• Complete initial evaluations and follow-up visits• Perform fall risk assessments and home safety evaluations• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (OT)• Assist with treatment interventions established by the supervising OT (COTA)• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes with the interdisciplinary team• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentationQualificationsOccupational Therapist• Active Hawaii Occupational Therapist license• Minimum one year of clinical experience• Home health experience preferred but not requiredCertified Occupational Therapy Assistant• Active Hawaii Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license• Minimum one year of clinical experience preferredFor Both Positions• Strong communication and documentation skills• Comfortable with community outreach and educational presentations• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the interdisciplinary teamApply TodayWe're actively interviewing qualified Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.Call: Schedule an interview: a team that values your expertise, supports your professional growth, and gives you the flexibility to provide exceptional therapy services while making a meaningful difference throughout O'ahu.
