This is your chance to make a substantial difference while advancing your career in a city rich with vibrant culture, stunning desert landscapes, and a warm community spirit.
We are looking for a full-time, licensed OTR/L to become part of our innovative and collaborative therapy team that champions creativity, meaningful connections, and positive outcomes. Whether you are a veteran in the field or new to the profession, this position allows you to engage in impactful work in a place where life is celebrated with every breath of fresh air.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications.
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.
A heartfelt dedication to helping others attain their utmost level of independence.
Strong, empathetic communication skills with both patients and teammates.
Creative thinking to adjust therapy plans based on diverse patient needs.
Confidence in working both autonomously and as part of a close-knit, interdisciplinary team.
A supportive, collaborative environment with ample growth possibilities.
A full-time role with flexible scheduling.
Access to clinical mentorship and various career development resources.
Utilization of advanced tools, facilities, and documentation systems.
Active participation in quality improvement and innovation projects.
As an Occupational Therapist here, you'll be a catalyst for change — facilitating the recovery of routines, reestablishing confidence, and reigniting the joy of daily activities. From aiding stroke survivors in refining their motor skills to assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, you'll leverage your expertise to provide individualized care that fosters independence and inspires resilience.
This position transcends the boundaries of mere symptom management; here, every patient is a unique narrative, and every therapy session represents a vital part of their journey. Collaborating closely with fellow therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers, you'll create tailored rehabilitation plans that resonate with the personal stories of each patient.
What we've cultivated here is truly extraordinary. Our rehabilitation team thrives on support, knowledge sharing, and collective celebration of both large milestones and daily victories. You'll become part of a workplace where your contributions matter, your personal growth is championed, and your impact is felt every day.
Tucson, Arizona, offers an enriching backdrop for your work-life balance. Enveloped by the beauty of the Sonoran Desert, you will treasure the striking sunsets and the warmth of the local community. Imagine leisurely weekends hiking through Saguaro National Park, savoring delicious food from unique local eateries, and immersing yourself in art and culture at bustling galleries and festivals. Experience a pleasant climate that invites outdoor adventures just as much as it welcomes heartfelt connections over brunch in friendly neighborhoods.
We are searching for a professional who views occupational therapy not merely as a job, but as a profound calling. You should find joy when you witness a patient successfully using their hand, gaining newfound mobility, or articulating experiences they had once struggled to share.
Whether you're an experienced OTR/L or recently certified, your passion, dedication, and authentic spirit will allow you to flourish here. If the idea of marrying high-quality care with a fulfilling lifestyle excites you, your search ends here.
This opportunity is your chance to be part of something greater than a typical job position. In this role, your work will genuinely affect lives, support recoveries, and mend what was once lost, all while getting grounded in a community that prioritizes both achievement and well-being.
If you're eager to grow, contribute, and immerse yourself in a caring community, we can't wait to welcome you to our team.
