Occupational Therapist - Certified Hand Therapist (OT/CHT) | Full-Time | Fairfield, California
Are you a Certified Hand Therapist looking to bring your expertise to a well-established, patient-centered outpatient rehabilitation practice? We are seeking a skilled OT/CHT to join a collaborative, high-performing therapy team at a growing multi-site outpatient clinic with locations throughout California.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for a diverse caseload of upper extremity and hand conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, complex wound care, custom splinting, and functional restoration. You will work closely with referring physicians and surgeons to deliver evidence-based care that helps patients return to the activities that matter most to them.
What You Bring:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation required
Experience in outpatient orthopedic or hand therapy settings
Strong clinical skills in splint fabrication, manual therapy, and post-operative upper extremity protocols
A collaborative approach and genuine commitment to exceptional patient outcomes
