nPosition: Certified Hand Therapist - Occupational Therapist - Outpatient
nLocation: 1828 E Florence Blvd, Suite 102 Casa Grande, AZ 85122
nIncentives: Up to $20K Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment
nSchedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
nBanner Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) , Occupational Therapist, to treat various upper extremity disorders ranging from tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures, and more. We are seeking a hand therapist who is skilled in custom splinting. The Certified Hand Therapist will work with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure you have what you need for success. CHT required.

n nResponsibilities
nnnResponsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
n
nnProvide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs.
n
nnMaintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
n
nnStay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
n
n nQualifications
nnnGraduate of an accredited school for occupational or physical therapy
n
nnHold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy
n
nnNational registration and state licensure or registration required
n
nnPrevious,demonstrated marketing experience
n
nnSolid experience in application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
n
nnCPR certification
n
nnValid state driver’s license
n
