nPosition Overview
nWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school-based therapy team. The OT will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy services to support students’ participation in school activities and enhance their independence across the educational setting.

nKey Responsibilities
nnConduct occupational therapy evaluations to determine students’ needs.
nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
nProvide direct and consultative therapy services within the classroom and school environment.
nCollaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development.
nMonitor and document student progress while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.
nEducate staff and caregivers on strategies to support student participation.

nQualifications
nnMaster’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
nActive OT license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
nSchool-based or pediatric experience preferred, not required.
nExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
nPassion for helping children thrive in their educational setting.
