Clinical Manager position overseeing Subacute and Long-term Care
Ortho/Neuro/Cardiac population
70/30 Administrative & Clinical mix
Oversee: Process improvement, training, chart audits, program development and expansion, and department education
12 FTEs including 5 OTs
$10,000 sign-on bonus
Five weeks of Paid Time Off
$5,000 relocation assistance available
Salaried position working 40 hours per week
About the Position:
Patients have an average length of stay of around 19-21 days with a 90% return to home rate. In this role you will lead a team of 6 OTs that area passionate about the Neuro population. 30% of the role is focused on patient care and outcomes and 70% is focused on administrative tasks: Process improvement, training, chart audits, program development and expansion, and department education. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and they are looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.
Qualifications & Requirements: Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
7+ years of Occupational Therapy experience
Previous leadership experience
Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
Collaborative, team building personality style
Servant leader mindset
