What You'll Do: Deliver exceptional OT services to evaluate and treat patients in their homes
Work closely with a compassionate care team
Help patients regain independence and quality of life
What You'll Need: Active CO OT license
1+ year in acute care & home health (required)
Medicare home health experience is highly preferred
Passion for patient-centered care
EMR experience
