What You'll Do Daily

In this pivotal role, you'll do so much more than address symptoms — you'll assist in restoring daily routines, rebuilding self-confidence, and igniting joy in the lives of your patients. From guiding individuals recovering from strokes to aiding orthopedic patients in regaining mobility after surgeries, you'll draw upon your expertise to deliver care that is centered around the individual and their journey towards rehabilitation.

This environment thrives on creativity and personalization; each patient brings their own narrative, and every therapy session contributes to their recovery storyline. You will work cohesively with fellow therapists, medical practitioners, nurses, and social workers to create rehabilitation plans uniquely attributed to each patient's needs and aspirations.

Why You'll Adore the Team — And the City That Inspires You

We pride ourselves on a culture that transcends the ordinary. Here, our therapy group goes beyond just fulfilling roles — we uplift one another, actively share knowledge, and celebrate every achievement, whether monumental or minor. You will discover a workplace that values your input, facilitates personal growth, and highlights your impact daily.

Worcester, Massachusetts, serves as the perfect backdrop for your journey. This city is steeped in history and imbued with creativity. Picture tree-lined streets hosting quaint coffee shops, vibrant markets, and an abundance of cultural experiences. From impressive museums to local art installations, Worcester offers a rich palette of experiences that cater to every interest.

Culinary enthusiasts will enjoy the diverse dining options, ranging from exquisite fine dining to beloved street food vendors. Immerse yourself in the lively arts scene or engage in outdoor activities in nearby parks and green spaces. Whether exploring the tranquil Worcester Common or attending exhilarating local events, you will find that the city strikes a harmonious balance between excitement and relaxation.

Who We're Seeking

We want someone who views occupational therapy as a true calling rather than mere employment. You should feel a thrill when witnessing a patient regain their ability to perform tasks unaided or when they unveil a story they've long wished to share.

If you are an experienced OTR/L or a freshly minted practitioner eager to make a difference, you're destined to flourish in this role. Bring your passion, commitment, and humility to every patient interaction. If the notion of merging high-caliber care with a fulfilling lifestyle resonates with you — your perfect opportunity awaits.

Join Us in Creating Something Special

This is your chance to be part of a purpose far more significant than just a job title. Your contributions will affect lives, spark recoveries, and restore what has been lost. In a region celebrated for its distinct blend of energy and tranquility, you'll truly find your place.

If you're ready to embark on a personal and professional journey within a community that cherishes its members, we are eager to welcome you into our family.
