Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time & PRN
Advanced Care of Saint Joseph | Saint Joseph, MO
Full-Time: $42–50/hour, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus
PRN: $55–65/hour
Shift: Daytime hours
Vertical Health Services is hiring Occupational Therapists to join our in-house therapy team in Saint Joseph, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with rehab facilities across Missouri offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and a recently updated facility with a new therapy gym and equipment.
What You'll Do
Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence
Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
Use current equipment and modalities in our newly renovated therapy gym

What You'll Need
Active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
