Occupational Therapist (OT) role
Position for the school year
Dallas, OR area
In-person, part-time position (0.6 FTE)
Hello OTs! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is looking for a part-time Occupational Therapist for the school year in the Dallas, OR area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.
Competitive pay ($55-60/hour)
W-2 employment with liability insurance included
401(k) with company match
Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses
Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses
Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals
Provide occupational therapy services in the school setting
Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Oregon OT License
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
