Essential Skills

A dedication to helping others live their most independent lives.

Strong, compassionate communication skills with patients and colleagues alike.

Creativity in problem-solving and customizing therapy plans to meet diverse needs.

Confidence in both independent work and as part of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team.

What We Offer

A collaborative environment that supports team growth and individual development.

Flexible full-time schedules that prioritize work-life balance.

Clinical mentorship alongside abundant resources for career advancement.

Access to state-of-the-art tools, facilities, and documentation technology.

Engagement in quality improvement initiatives and innovative projects.

Your Role Awaits

In this position, you will go beyond just addressing physical difficulties — you'll be instrumental in helping restore daily routines, enhance self-esteem, and invigorate joy in every aspect of living. Whether guiding stroke survivors in fine motor skill recovery or aiding orthopedic patients in their post-surgery mobility journey, your expertise will shine as you provide person-centered care that instills resilience and fosters independence.

Every patient you encounter brings a unique story, and the therapy sessions you conduct will be pivotal chapters in their recovery journey. Collaborating closely with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers, you'll shape rehabilitation strategies that reflect the individuality of each patient you serve.

Why You'll Thrive in Our Team and Community

And the location itself? Corpus Christi awaits you with its stunning beaches, laid-back coastal lifestyle, and a community rich in culture. Forget the noise of urban sprawl — picture wide-open spaces, breathtaking sunsets over the water, and an abundance of outdoor recreational activities. You'll have ample opportunities for weekend escapes, whether it's relaxing on sandy shores, surfing the waves, or exploring local attractions and art galleries in a climate that invites year-round outdoor enjoyment.

The local scene buzzes with creativity, delicious culinary offerings, and a spirit of exploration. Enjoy fresh seafood delicacies, stroll through art districts filled with vibrant murals, or partake in community events that bring residents together. In Corpus Christi, there's always room for leisure, with ample chances to connect with nature and the local community.

Who is the Right Fit?

We seek individuals who consider occupational therapy a true vocation and who exhibit a genuine passion for helping others. If you feel energized when a patient achieves a new milestone, regains functionality, or shares their thoughts after a period of silence, you will flourish here.

Whether you boast years of experience or are fresh out of certification, your commitment to quality care, coupled with a drive for further growth and improvement, will resonate strongly with our mission. If the prospect of harmonizing high-quality care with an enriching lifestyle excites you, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Join Us in Creating a Lasting Impact

This is your invitation to become part of something truly meaningful. Here, your contributions will shape lives, accelerate healing journeys, and return lost capabilities to those who need them — all while being nestled in a community known for its perfect blend of excitement and tranquility.

Are you ready to grow, serve, and engage with a community that appreciates your efforts? We can't wait to welcome you aboard.
