Locations:
We are hiring for our Albertville and Waconia clinics.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position. We will work with you to determine a schedule that meets your needs and the needs of your clients! We treat clients Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 6 PM.
Occupational Therapist Feeding Specialist Position Summary:
As an Occupational Therapist Feeding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assessing and treating children with feeding difficulties, collaborating with families and caregivers, and providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy interventions.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate feeding difficulties in children.
Develop and implement individualized feeding therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals.
Provide hands-on therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to therapy.
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and treatment plans.
Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of pediatric feeding therapy through continuing education and professional development.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a full-time base salary of $63,000 - $72,000/annually based on licensure and experience, with additional monthly & annual performance bonuses. We also offer a competitive benefits package including: Health Insurance

Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Minnesota Department of Health Occupational Therapy License (or in process of applying for state license)
2 years' experience in pediatric feeding therapy
Passionate about helping children shine
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously with confidence and in a team environment
Physical Requirements:
This role involves working with children of all ages and may require light work including but not limited to movement of treatment equipment, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching.
