Job description
Tier1usa is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in California. You will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting, and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Must be a licensed OT with NBCOT and an active state license. The position offers a competitive $61–$65/hour pay rate, strong benefits, 401(k) with company match, and access to online CEU credits for ongoing professional growth.
