Job description
Evolve Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in North Platte, Nebraska. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and options for full-time, part-time, or PRN work.
You will screen residents, develop treatment plans, communicate findings to families and staff, coordinate schedules with the team, supervise COTA as needed, and ensure accurate documentation and billing of services.
