Renewal Rehab in Harrisburg, IL is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, and develop individualized care plans while coordinating with the care team and ensuring regulatory compliance.
