Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy services in partner facilities. You will assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning while adhering to Reliant's standards.
This role requires state licensure, ACOTE-accredited education, and ability to supervise assistants. You will contribute to program growth, ensure infection control, and maintain professional documentation.
