Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy services with adherence to professional standards. You will assess patients, develop and implement plans, and coordinate discharge planning in collaboration with facilities.
You will supervise assistants and rehab technicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong communication with patients and staff across our partner communities.
