Job description
South Pacific Rehab Services in California is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, and develop personalized care plans while ensuring regulatory documentation and physician orders are accurate.
