Job description
Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing/long-term care team in Petoskey, MI. This full-time role requires an active OT license and NBCOT certification where required by state.
You will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining compliant documentation.
