Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver comprehensive OT services across partner facilities. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop plans of care, and coordinate discharge planning while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with COTAs and rehab staff to ensure high-quality care and outcomes. Current OT license and graduation from ACOTE-accredited program required.
