Job description
Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Illinois. Based in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, you will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments and develop personalized care plans.
You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation to meet regulatory requirements, and ensure all physician orders are current.
