Job description
Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist PRN to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy for adult patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this flexible, as-needed role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve self-care, mobility, and safety. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge planning.
