nJob Description

nAgape is looking for a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide coverage in our outpatient clinics. As an integral member of our rehabilitation services, you will provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to help patients improve their ability to perform daily living and working activities.

nnnConduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings

nnImplement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence

n

nnCreate and modify treatment programs to meet specific patient needs and goals

n

nnRecommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications

n

nnDocument patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes using electronic medical records

n

nnCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

n

nnProvide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers

n

nnMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

n

nnAssess workplace ergonomics and recommend modifications when needed

n

nnParticipate in team meetings and care planning sessions

n

n nQualifications

nnnGraduate degree from an accredited occupational therapy or physical therapy program

n

nnCurrent state license to practice as an occupational or physical therapist in the United States

n

nnCurrent CPR certification

n

nnNew or recent graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply!

n nAdditional Information

nThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
