(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Occupational Therapist - Occupational Therapist Freehold, NJ 07728 Comp 95k to 105k We are seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in Freehold NJ. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to improve our patients' quality of life through accurate, timely and effective diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic disorders. Ideally, the incoming Occupational Therapist has strong communication skills, has experience in sports medicine|orthopedics, and has experience, or is comfortable with, treating lower extremities and is willing to or experience working in a multidisciplinary practice. Within our multidisciplinary practice we cater more to patients with orthopedic injuries and an active population who are looking to restore their health and improve their quality of life. We provide patient-centered care by reimagining the healthcare experience. We pride ourselves on delivering individualized, compassionate sports rehab and recovery. Duties: • Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations. • Reduce pain and restore healthy function within the scope and standard of occupational therapy care. • Fully engage patients in their recovery process. • Seamlessly co-manage patient care with the provider team. • Contribute to collaborative care model with the provider team. • Diagnose health problems through review of patient medical history and information provided during observational questions and examination. • Join with and engage patients' commitment and participation in their treatment plan and return to musculoskeletal health. • Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of occupational treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, and prevent dysfunction in patients. • Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit. • Maintain complete records for each patient of each encounter. • Manage each patient case in collaboration with provider colleagues. • Administer and|or oversee treatments and therapies Requirements: • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program • Current State of New Jersey Occupational Therapy license. Compensation: • $95k-$105k depending on experience Schedule: • Full time Monday -Friday Benefits: • Bonus compensation • PTO • Health Insurance • FSA eligibility • Continuing education and professional development reimbursement.
