We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team providing care for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In this role, you will work with individuals experiencing a wide range of conditions at Emplify Health by Gundersen, Moundview Memorial Hospital and the Extended Care Center in Friendship, WI.
Job specifics include:
Full-time 40 hours/week
8 hour shifts, 7am-3:30pm and 8am-4:30pm
Occasional coverage on weekends
Work closely with patients and patient family members by evaluating and providing diagnostic and therapeutic services
Collaborate with other departments and professionals
Service as a member of the treatment team involved in patient treatment/activity, progress, and discharge planning with follow up care.

What's required/what you need includes:
Graduate from an accredited program for occupational therapy
Current licensure as an occupational therapist in the state of WI
CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
