Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time | $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Shift: Daytime hours
Vertical Health Services is hiring Occupational Therapists to join our in-house therapy team in Raytown, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and supportive local leadership.
What You'll Do
Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities through standardized assessments and clinical observation
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on activities of daily living and functional independence
Provide guidance and education to patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and home modifications
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

What You'll Need Active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
