nEducation, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
nnnGraduation from an accredited occupational therapy school.
n
nnFor cost center 6367 only: One to two years of clinical experience, within the past five years in an inpatient facility or home health agency.
n
nnFor cost center 6368 only: One to two years of pediatric occupational therapy experience or strong pediatric affiliation.
n
n nLicenses and Certifications Required:
nnnOccupational Therapist License.
n
nnBLS AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.

n nMinimum rate of $46.64 Hourly

nnInternal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the organization.

nnBudget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.

n nSome jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts.
