Full-Time Occupational Therapist
Location: Asbury Normandie Ridge | York, PA
Benchmark Therapies is looking for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team at Asbury Normandie Ridge in York, Pennsylvania.
This could be a great fit for an OT who enjoys working with older adults and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative therapy team.

What You'll Do
Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
Help residents maintain or improve independence with daily activities, routines, mobility, safety, cognition, and adaptive equipment
Support residents in staying active, confident, and involved in the things that matter most to them
Recommend practical strategies and supports that make everyday activities safer and easier
Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support each resident's goals and quality of life
Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
Be part of a positive, supportive therapy environment
What We're Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license in good standing
A genuine interest in working with older adults
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care
