Job description
Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Occupational Therapist to work at a Facility in Fulton, MO. These are registry positions with our company.
nPay Rate: $50 / hour
n*W2
nShift Details:
nnnRequested services will be performed between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday through Friday, up to 16 hours per week.
n
nnOne day of New Employee Orientation training will be required.
n
nnWe would like service to start as soon as possible.
n
n nDuties:
nnnConducting physical and psychological assessments of clients and developing or following a treatment plan.
n
nnAssessing home and work environments of clients and deciding what adjustments are needed.
n
nnAdvising on adaptive equipment to help clients with daily activities.
n
nnDeveloping physical rehabilitation programs to help clients regain lost skills.
n
nnPreparing clients for a return to work.
n
nnEducating caregivers and family members of clients on patient care.
n
nnEvaluating results and progress of occupational therapy on clients.
n
nnMaintaining professional knowledge and the technical progress in order to provide clients with the best treatment program available.
n
nnComplying with federal, state, and local certification requirements.
n
nnEvaluating patient condition regarding physical and basic mental health.
n
n nMinimum Qualifications:
nnnAt least one year (12 months) of experience as a Occupational Therapist
n
nnMust have up to date credentials in the state of MO
n
nnA valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
n
nnAbility to build rapport with patients
n
nnCompassionate and caring demeanor
n
nnFamiliarity with medical terminology
n
