Job description
Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Pelham Manor, NY hires an Occupational Therapist to assess patients in need of rehab services and to develop and administer individualized treatment plans under physician direction. You will document patient condition, progress, and discharge planning, while educating patients and families and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Experience in long-term care is preferred; must be licensed as an OT with eligibility to practice in New York.
