Job description
Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our care team. This role involves evaluating referred patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating with physicians to drive meaningful outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited OT program, hold a valid state license, and be comfortable supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.
