Job description
Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center seeks an Occupational Therapist to assess patients, design and manage rehab plans, and educate patients and families. The OT will supervise assistants, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered treatment.
The role requires an OT degree and active licensure, with preference for long-term or geriatric care experience. Sign-on incentive available; on-site position in New Jersey.
