Willing to train / mentor someone who is pursuing CHT
Hand Clinic for a Non-Profit Hospital

Hands/Upper Extremities primary caseload + General Outpatient
1:1 patient care - 1 hour treatment blocks - Up to 8 patients per day
Sign-On Bonus and relocation assistance if applicable
CEU & Certification budget - Will help pay for your CHT!
Join a large team of experienced therapist - Work along side CHTs and Hand-surgeons!
Formal onboarding process (4-6 weeks)
Cross training in Acute Care
Medical, Dental & Life Insurance
Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4 weeks +
Full-time permanent position
About the Position:
This Occupational Therapist will have a passion for Hands and Upper Extremities and will have a strong desire to get their CHT in the near future. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader with a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and therapy.
Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's or Masters of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
Collaborative, team-building personality style
Servant leader mindset
