nHolmdel Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in Holmdel, NJ is looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join their dedicated team. nResponsibilities:
nEvaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
nDeliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills
nCollaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
nDocument patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
nEducate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and home programs
nUtilize therapeutic modalities and assistive technology to support patient rehabilitation goals
nMonitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical outcomes
nRequirements:
nMaster's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
nCurrent NJ state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an Occupational Therapist
nNBCOT certification (OTR) required or in process
nExperience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings preferred
nStrong knowledge of ADL training, manual therapy, and functional rehabilitation techniques
nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-centered care skills
nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinic
