Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health
(Marion) (Flexible Schedule) (Meaningful Patient Relationships)

For 50 years, VNA of Florida has provided trusted home health care throughout Florida. We are seeking compassionate LPNs who enjoy working independently while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives.
What You'll Do
Perform occupational therapy evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans
Improve patient independence and safety
Assess ADLs and functional limitations
Educate caregivers and patients
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
What You'll Need Active Florida OT License
Home health experience preferred
HCHB experience preferred
Strong clinical reasoning skills
Ideal For: Occupational therapists, rehab therapists, home health clinicians
