Job description
Enhabit, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver skilled OT in home health settings. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and work with families and care teams to improve daily living activities and motor function.
Requirements include graduation from an approved OT program and active state licensure. Medicare home health experience is preferred, with supervision available from the Branch Director as needed.
