nWhat You’ll Do
nPerform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
nHelp patients improve their ability to safely perform activities of daily living and regain functional independence
nAssess home safety, recommend adaptive equipment, and provide caregiver education
nCollaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
nComplete accurate and timely documentation while maintaining Medicare and agency standards
nQualifications
nCurrent Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license
nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation
nExcellent communication and organizational skills
nHome health experience preferred, but not required
nExperience with WellSky or another home health EMR is a plus
