Up to $2,968 Weekly Gross
$74.20/hr Blended Rate
Day Shifts | 40 Hours/Week
No Weekends | No On-Call
Home Health Setting
Travelers Welcome
Requirements:
Active Wisconsin OT License
BLS Certification
Minimum 3 years of OT experience
Home Health experience preferred
Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
