Job description
Angels Care Home Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in WaKeeney, KS. The OT will perform clinical assessments, develop and update the Plan of Care, and ensure continuous documentation and care coordination with the patient and team.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of OT experience, an active license, CPR and Hepatitis profile, and knowledge of durable medical equipment.
