Required qualifications include at least 1 year of occupational therapy experience, North Carolina OT licensure, BLS certification, a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and charting experience with Homecare Homebase and OASIS. Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Home Health Experience: 1 year Licenses: OT-NC Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 24 months A minimum of 1 year of experience BLS
State Licensure required Charting experience with Homecare Homebase is required (no exceptions) OASIS
