nnHome visits in assigned service area:Pasco County surrounding areas. Assigned by homebase zip code.

n nThe Home Health Field, Occupational Therapist provides hands-on care in the home for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols. Responsibilities include :
nnResponsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of all occupational modalities to patients. All duties and standards within this document will be performed according to established policies, procedures and guidelines within the department and the organization. Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire.
n nHome Health Occupational Therapist Requirements :
nnnBachelors Occupational Therapy
n
nnOccupational Therapist State of Florida License
n
nn1 Year Occupational Therapy experience
n
nnBasic Life Support
n
nnDriver's License (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)
n
nnPreferred Masters Occupational Therapy
n
nnPreferred 1 year Home Care experience This position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). More information can be found at .
