nnHome visits in assigned service area: ?Hillsborough

n nThe Home Health Occupational Therapist provides? hands-on care? in the home for a group of patients consistently using the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy.? Responsibilities include :?

nnnEvaluates and develops specific treatment programs for individual patients based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy.

n

nnResponsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.

n

n nRequired Certifications and Licensures:

nnnOccupational Therapist State of Florida Licensure

n

nnBasic Life Support

n

nnDriver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)

n

n nEducation:

nnnBachelors Occupational Therapy

n

nnPreferred Masters Occupational Therapy

n

n nExperience:

nnn1 year Occupational Therapy experience

n

nnPreferred 1 year Home Care

n

n nThis position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). More information can be found at? . ?
