Job description
Position Overview:
This is a PRN, part-time or full-time hospital based Occupational Therapist opportunity located in growing Dalhart, TX. Dalhart is 1-hour and 15 minutes northwest of Amarillo.
- Dalhart Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine
The setting is inpatient and outpatient, with a mix of all populations; including pediatrics.
Discover Dalhart, TX. - a community with Golf courses, theaters, specialty museums and wineries/vineyards.
PAY RANGE: $ 40 to $50 per hour , depending on experience.
$1000 per month housing stipend for 6 months while employed
Up to $ 12,000 sign-on bonus

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities: Assess and treat patients
Complete documentation
Plan, market and develop new programs
Communicate with patients, patients families and physicians and staff
Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
Assist in the general operation of the department
Supervise COTA's in accordance to state regulations as necessary
Occupational Therapist Job Requirements: Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
Possess or be eligible for state licensure
